What People's Say About Restaurant

Good food, not too expensive. But based on the person before me and my own order, be prepared to wait a bit. Friendly efficient staff helps though.

Not a bad hotel restaurant! Analog is located in the Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District on the first floor and is hard to miss! Open for lunch and dinner, their restaurant/bar has a good amount of variety and a surprisingly solid menu with some personality. I had a few items here during my stay that was worth coming back to as well as solid in pricing: *Pulled Pork Tacos: For $10, you get two pulled pork tacos with flour tortillas and some of the house salsa. It's super solid - the pulled pork is seasoned well and cooked just right. The salsa is also is nice and vibrant. Absolutely devoured these and could have had more if I wasn't on a time crunch. *The Fried Chicken Sandwich: For $14, the fried chicken sandwich was a nice size (not overly big) and came with onion rings. The fried chicken itself was moist and liked the sauce. Didn't need the cheese personally and the bread was good. The onion rings weren't bad. Wish it came funny enough with more sauces. *The Carnitas Tacos: The carnitas tacos were good but not as good as the pulled pork taco. You get 3 in this combo with corn tortilla. They were good and liked the burnt carnitas bit. But I liked more of the pulled pork seasoning and sauces. *Espresso Martini: The espresso martini here is pretty okay through and through. Solid with some slight variations using cinnamon. All-in-all - I liked Analog a lot and didn't mind coming back again and again. It isn't overly busy (it seems to get busier at night) and has a lovely rotation of staff who are super nice. There are plenty of seats at the bar as well as some tables around. Would definitely try coming back again if I stayed here!

This bar and restaurant had a great taste! The was good and the service was friendly. This is a great place to come if you're staying here! It's also a nice place to hang out and enjoy some friends. The chicken sandwich was amazing and so was the flatbread.

Ethan hosted us at the bar. A great guy, great drinks and atmosphere. Thank you!

The BBQ Pork sliders had really good flavor but I feel like there could've been more meat on the slider. Ken was also really attentive, making sure all the customers around, including me, were good with drinks and food! Overall a really great experience for a late night visit!

We did not order food; however, I can attest this is an excellent bar especially for a 3 star hotel outside downtown. The signature cocktails- especially those with the banana infused sweet vermouth- were delicious.
